Meat And Vegetable Leftovers Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any cooked meat, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 carrots, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    any green vegetable (beans, pepper, pea pods, celery)
    chopped water chestnuts, parsley or whatever you have
    1 can any creamed soup, plus 1 can water or 1 can beef or chicken broth, plus 1 can water
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Microwave in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cook onion, garlic, vegetables and butter for 5 minutes on High.
    Stir in cornstarch, soup, water, meat and rice.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes on High, stirring twice.
    Fluff rice and serve.
