Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, sugar, salt and 2 cups of the flour.
    Blend 1/2 minute on low speed.
    Scrape bowl constantly.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in the remaining flour and cheese.
    Scrape batter down. Cover bowl, let rise until double (approximately 30 minutes).
