8 to 9 red potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 small carton sour cream
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until onion is tender.
Stir halfway through cooking time.
