Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
3 large apples, cubed
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Blend in flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Fold in chopped apples and nuts.
Bake in tube pan which has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool for 20 minutes.
Top with sauce.
