Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
    Put 1/2 of batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
    Melt caramels and milk until creamy.
    While cake is hot, pour caramels over top.
    Sprinkle on chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour on rest of cake batter.
    Continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes, until done.
