Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1/3 c. rich round crackers
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour and cheese.
    Add milk and cook, stirring, until boiling.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Place in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
