Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) table fat
    1 3/4 c. water
    2 1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    8 oz. (2 c.) chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix together and grill or broil.
    Makes 25 burgers.
