Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    flour tortillas
    1 large onion
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken and save broth.
    Pam bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover bottom of pan with flour tortillas.
    Layer chicken, then onion and then cheese.
    Layer chicken, onion and cheese until all used.
    Mix soup and broth in separate bowl and pour on top.
    Cover with flour tortillas and add Ro-Tel tomatoes on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
