Pan Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    onions, chopped fine
    celery, chopped fine
    green pepper, chopped fine
    1 pkg. frozen peas, do not cook
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 tsp. sugar
    grated Cheddar cheese
    bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Line pan with bite size pieces of lettuce.
    Add onions.
    Add celery.
    Add green pepper.
    Add frozen peas.
    Place in 3 spots the mayonnaise and spread carefully to seal.
    Add cheese.
    Add crumbled bacon.
    Make early in day, or the night before serving. Refrigerate.
    Stays crisp for several days.
