Veal Scaloppini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
    1 bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 or 2 lb. Veal cutlets
    1 pkg. Au jus sauce mix
    1/4 c. white wine
    butter
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
