Low-Fat Cool-Easy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. fat-free Jell-O (any flavor)
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 (8 oz.) tub fat-free Cool Whip
    1 low-fat graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Stir into large bowl the boiling water and Jell-O for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to measure 1 cup. Add to Jell-O, stirring until ice is melted. Stir in Cool Whip until smooth. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes or until thick. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
