Crescent Roll Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice; set aside.
    Spread 1 package of rolls in 9 x 13-inch pan. Lightly seal edges together.
    Spread cream cheese mixture over this.
    Lay second package of rolls on top.
    Do not try to press edges together as you want mixture to bubble up while baking.
