Pancho'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 tsp. cumin powder
2 lb. grated American cheese
3 tsp. garlic powder
20 oz. water
Preparation

Mix tomatoes, garlic, cumin and water; simmer 25 minutes. Divide grated cheese and mixture of liquid in half.
Mix 1/2 of liquid and 1/2 of grated cheese in blender, then second half. Reheat the entire mixture until well heated.
