Onion Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces skinless boneless chicken breast
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cans fried onion rings, crushed
Preparation
    Flatten the chicken breast pieces.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine melted butter, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Dip chicken pieces into mixture and then roll in crushed onion ring crumbs.
    Place in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with remaining crumbs and drizzle on any leftover butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
