Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage (2 to 2 1/2 lb.), chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine cabbage and carrot.
    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir into cabbage mixture.
    Chill.
