Ingredients

2 c. water
1 c. applesauce (no sugar)
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. raisins
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (egg substitute)
2 c. plain flour
Preparation

Cook raisins in water until absorbed.
Cool.
Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil.
Mix well.
Add dry ingredients and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
