Pineapple Garlic Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin chops (1-inch thick)
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2/3 c. dry sherry (water)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except pork chops; mix well.
    Place chops in shallow dish.
    Pour in marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
    Remove chops from marinade and grill (or broil) over medium hot coals 5 to 6 minutes per side, turning and basting with marinade.
    Discard marinade or boil for 2 to 3 minutes to use as sauce.
