Taglarinie(Serves 12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp. oil
2 onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
2 lb. ground beef
3 small cans tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can ripe olives
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. noodles
salt to taste
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in half of the oil. Saute meat in remaining oil (just until red is gone).
Combine onion and pepper, garlic, meat, chili powder and tomato sauce. Simmer 1 hour.
Cook noodles; wash and drain.
Add noodles, corn and mushrooms.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Push olives into mixture.
Top with grated cheese.
Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven long enough to heat through and melt cheese.
