Spinach Torte(Vegetarian Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 eggs
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/4 c. grated cheese
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1/3 c. scallions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Cook spinach and drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Spoon into a buttered tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
