Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 yellow squash
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. American cheese, grated or cut into small cubes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, drained
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Slice squash; add onion and saute in margarine until tender. Add milk, cheese and Ro-Tel.
    Stir.
    Pour into greased casserole. Crumble Ritz crackers over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
