Spritz Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
Work flour in with hands.
Use a cookie press to form cookies.
Food coloring may be used to color cookie dough.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
Do not brown.
Yields 6 dozen.
