Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium zucchini
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chives
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Slice zucchini thin and simmer in butter for 6 minutes.
Melt sour cream and Swiss cheese.
Add zucchini, butter and chives. Stir to coat.
Season well with salt and pepper.
Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Heat 30 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
Serve.
