Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook syrup, sugar and salt over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add baking soda, butter and vanilla.
    Pour over popped corn; stir until all corn is well coated.
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
