Ginger Chicken Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
    2 c. ground cooked chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Pour broth and egg over crumbs.
    Let stand until moistened.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into small balls; place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Serve with picks and sauce for dipping.
