Cheesy Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. thawed and drained cut leaf spinach
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. (2 c.) Mozzarella cheese
1 clove minced garlic
32 slices (1/4-inch thick) sliced French bread (baguette style)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Spread onto bread slices, 1 tablespoon per slice.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 minutes.
