Ginger Snaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening, brown sugar, egg and molasses.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Chill one hour.
    Shape into balls and roll in sugar.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
