Savory Lamb Kebobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large red onion
    1 green pepper
    2 bay leaves
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 lb. lean lamb, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients.
    Cover all pieces of meat well.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until next day, stirring several times.
    On metal skewers, thread meat and vegetables.
    Cook on medium coals 4 to 6 inches above fire.
    Cook about 15 minutes, rotating often.
    Makes 6 to 8 kebobs.
