Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, partially drained (unsweetened)
    1/2 lb. margarine or butter
    4 c. fresh bread cubes (about 1-inch squares with crusts)
Preparation
    Beat together eggs and sugar.
    Add pineapple and butter, cut in pieces.
    Mix together.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Mix well.
    Pour into rather shallow, slightly greased pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve as hot vegetable.
    Great with ham.
