Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put persimmon pulp, 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, eggs, sour milk and baking soda in large bowl.
    Mix and pour into cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When done, take out of oven and poke holes in cake.
    Bring water, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 1/2 cups of sugar to a boil in pan.
    Pour over cake.
    Put back in oven for about 10 minutes.
