Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    peanuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    8 or 9 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Boil the sugar, salt, margarine, syrup and vanilla 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; add soda.
    Stir quickly. Pour over popcorn; mix well.
    Spoon onto a large flat pan.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    Stir in oven and as it cools so it won't stick.
