Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in bread pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cool in pan 20 minutes, but upside down and tap bottom to remove. Cool on rack.
    Good eaten with butter or cream cheese.
