Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 stick margarine, melted
1 small carton sour cream
1 large can creamed corn or 1 small can creamed and 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in ungreased glass Corning Ware at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Yields about 6 servings.
