Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
1/2 c. water
1 pt. blueberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
11 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Stir in water.
Add berries.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer until clear and thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat; add lemon juice and rind.
Chill. Good on pancakes and waffles.
