Applesauce Spice Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. applesauce
4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Preparation

Cream butter; gradually add 2 cups sugar, beating well at medium speed with an electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add applesauce, mixing well.
