Tapper Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 1/2 c. cool water
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Put flour in a very large bowl (that has a sealed cover). Make a well in the center.
    Add milk, water, sugar, salt and eggs. Then sprinkle with yeast.
    Do not mix.
    Seal lid; let set one hour.
    Remove seal; add 1 cup melted margarine.
    Mix together and knead dough.
    (May need more flour.)
    Reseal.
    When the lid pops off, the dough is ready to shape into rolls, etc.
