Lemon Jello Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box lemon jello
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. boiling water
2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 eggs
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water, set in refrigerator to cool, but not jell.
Empty cake mix in a bowl, add oil and eggs, alternately.
Add a little lemon peel, if desired.
Add jello mixture last.
Mix well.
Bake in 9 x 12-inch sheet pan or tube pan at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown, don't overbake.
Keeps well.
