Crabmeat Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Alaska King crabmeat
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Thaw crabmeat and retain liquid (may substitute imitation crabmeat).
    Melt butter over medium heat.
    Stir in flour, salt and paprika until blended.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook, stirring, until mixture is thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in crab, liquid, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Tabasco and 1/4 cup cheese.
