Black Cherry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cherry juice with water
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
2 c. cooked black cherries, cooked
1 c. chopped blanched almonds
8 stuffed olives (optional)
lettuce
Preparation

Heat cherry juice and water.
Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Chill until it begins to thicken.
Add remaining ingredients except lettuce.
Pour into mold and chill until firm. Unmold and serve in lettuce cups with salad dressing.
Serves 8.
