Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt margarine, blend in flour.
    Cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly.
    Gradually add milk.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Add salt, soup and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat and cool slightly.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Add chicken and broccoli; mix well.
    Turn into greased 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
