Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain, uncooked white rice (not Minute rice)
    1 stick butter
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 medium, chopped onion
    2 cans beef broth (bouillon)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onion, rice, beef broth and mushrooms (do not drain).
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour. Serve 8 to 10.
