Country Fair Blue Ribbon Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, separated
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine melted butter, cocoa and salt.
    Add milk and vanilla. Mix into sugar in 3 parts.
    Mix until smooth and glossy.
