Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 slices bread
1 c. milk, warmed
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
raisins (optional)
Preparation

Toast bread; break into baking dish.
Add 1/2 of milk; let soak.
Beat all ingredients together.
After milk is warm, add to bread and milk in baking dish.
Stir together and bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Be sure and put baking dish in pan of water.
This is like a custard.
Good served with lemon sauce.
