Lina'S Savory-Frosted Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. Kraft French dressing
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    broiled mushrooms
    pimento strips
    parsley
Preparation
    Combine meat, French dressing, crumbs, onion, 2 beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
    Shape into oval loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Place on baking sheet or heat-proof platter.
    Combine potatoes, one beaten egg and Miracle Whip. Frost loaf with mixture.
    Broil until lightly browned.
    Garnish with mushrooms and pimento strips.
    Serves 6 to 8.
