Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. coconut or vanilla flavoring
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add alternately with buttermilk.
    Add flavor and coconut.
    Bake in a greased stem pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or 1 hour.
