Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained
1 c. celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 small can pimentos, drained and chopped
1 c. shredded carrot
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Bring oil and vinegar to a boil.
Cool.
Pour over remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
