Cheesy Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    4 (approximately 1 lb.) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1/2 c. onion slices
    1 1/2 c. red or green pepper slices
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 lb. Velveeta light pasteurized process cheese, cubed
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    6 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
Preparation
    Pour combined lime juice and jalapeno peppers over chicken and cover; marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
    Drain.
    Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender.
    Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
    Add remaining ingredients except tortillas, stirring until process cheese product begins to melt.
    Serve in warm tortillas.
    Makes 6 servings.
