Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 c. wrist temperature water
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften together yeast, honey and water.
    Add salt and flour. Knead for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cover and set in a warm place to rise until doubled in bulk, 1 hour.
    (I usually set it on the dryer outside.)
    Punch down.
    Divide into 6 sections and roll out in rounds 1/4-inch thick.
    Fill with 1/2 to 3/4 cup filling on half of the circle, leaving a 1/2-inch rim.
    Moisten the rim with water, fold the empty side over and crimp with a fork.
    Prick it here and there.
    Bake on an oiled tray in a preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned.
    Brush each pastry with a little butter as it emerges from the oven. While the dough is rising, make the filling or if you want to make a pizza, chop up the ingredients.
