Banana Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. white sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. white Karo
    1/2 c. mashed bananas
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    nutmeats (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except nutmeats in large saucepan and bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for three minutes, still stirring constantly.
    Remove
    from heat and let stand for 15 minutes without stirring.
    Beat until thick and creamy light in color; add nutmeats if desired and turn onto buttered platter.
