Don'T Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small pkg. carrots, diced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
    5 potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a covered casserole.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 1/2 hours or place in a crock-pot for 6 to 8 hours on low setting.
