Grandma Norma'S Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. white sugar
    1 cube oleo
    1 large can Carnation or Pet milk
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oleo and milk.
    Boil to soft ball stage (approximately 7 to 8 minutes), stirring constantly at full boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, Marshmallow Creme, vanilla and salt.
    Beat until creamy (about 3 to 4 minutes).
    Add pecans and quickly pour into \"Pam\" sprayed (or greased) pan.
    Cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Use a heavy pan.
    I use my heavy Presto cooker (no lid)!
